
This recipe is from an old cookbook I bought years ago from Dr. Becky Campbell…. You can always of course play around and through some other stuff in too, or use different fruit. The cauliflower gives it a bit of consistency of a milk shake. It’s one of my favorites!
Blend together the following….
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (I buy the riced cauliflower)
1 cup milk – your choice!
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup chia seeds
Enjoy!
