So, I know there’s a big buzz about the Shamrock Shake… but did you know the original in a size small has 63 grams of sugar?! Yikes!
So, I played around and came up with my favorite way to make the shake at home… and it’s healthy!!
Healthy Shamrock Shake Recipe:
1 can full fat coconut milk ( add 1/2 cup more milk of choice depending on how much you’d like to make)
1 frozen banana (overripe if possible)
1/4 teaspoon organic peppermint extract or flavor
Pinch of salt!
Optional: Add spinach to get the green color and get some veggies! Or you could use Watkins food coloring too. (It’s the only food coloring I use – all natural – highly recommended just to have in your cabinet)
