This is one of those recipes that tastes fancier than the effort it takes. The graham crackers get golden and slightly sweet, while the pork stays juicy. My aunt gave me this recipe years ago.,. and I’ve always loved it! I’m gluten free, so I use gluten free graham crackers which you can find at most grocery stores!
I used my mini food processor to chop up the crackers really fine … (which by the way is one of my most used kitchen gadgets!) I use it all the time!! (affiliate link)

Graham Cracker Crusted Pork Chops
Juicy baked pork chops with a golden, slightly sweet and savory graham cracker crust. They taste special but are incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1 cup finely crushed graham crackers (about 8 full sheets)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, optional
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and smoked paprika.
- In a second shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then press both sides firmly into the graham cracker mixture.
- Place the coated pork chops on the baking sheet. Drizzle or brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. For thinner chops, begin checking around 15-18 minutes.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
