Ingredients
- 1 container (16–32 oz) Nathan’s Pickle Spears, finely chopped
(reserve 1–2 tbsp pickle juice) - 8 oz whipped cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup bacon bits
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- 1–2 jalapeños, finely chopped (optional for heat)
Instructions
- Chop your pickles
Finely chop them so you get a little pickle in every bite (not big chunks). - Mix the creamy base
In a large bowl, combine:- cream cheese
- sour cream/Greek yogurt
- ranch seasoning
- Add the good stuff
Fold in:- chopped pickles
- shredded cheddar
- bacon bits
- green onions
- jalapeños (if using)
- Add pickle juice
Stir in 1–2 tablespoons of the reserved juice for that extra tangy flavor. - Chill (if you can wait )
