If you love the salty-sweet combo (and let’s be honest… who doesn’t?), these Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels are about to become your new favorite treat. They’re made with just three ingredients, take only a few minutes, and disappear even faster — especially if you have kids, a sweet tooth, or both.
This is one of those recipes that feels almost too easy to be this good… but it really is.

Why You’ll Love These Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites
✔️ Sweet + salty perfection
✔️ Quick oven time (just enough to soften the chocolate)
✔️ Perfect for Valentine’s Day, parties, or last-minute treats
✔️ Kid-approved, mom-tested
Ingredients
- Mini pretzels (the small ones — heart-shaped if you’re feeling festive 💕)
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Hearts or other type of chocolate.. you could use Dove Chocolates too!
- M&M’s (Valentine colors or classic)
Chocolate Options (Use What You Have!)
If you don’t have Reese’s Peanut Butter Hearts, no problem. You can easily swap in Dove chocolates, Rolos, or another chocolate you love.
I personally like using the heart-shaped Reese’s because they’re festive and I love peanut butter — but this recipe is very forgiving.
How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels
- Preheat your oven to 200°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange pretzels in a single layer on the sheet.
- Place one chocolate (Reese’s, Dove, Rolo, etc.) on top of each pretzel.
- Bake for 1–2 minutes, just until the chocolate softens.
- Watch closely — we want soft, not melted into a puddle. The Reese Hearts melted fast… like 60 seconds in the oven and you’re good! Other chocolate might be a little longer.
- Remove from the oven and gently press one M&M into the center.
- Transfer to the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, or until fully set.
That’s it. Done. And somehow everyone will think you worked way harder than you did.
